Terms of Service
Keystone Nexus is a multi-tenant business platform operated by Mars Nexus Tech (“we”, “us”). We provide websites, membership, e-commerce and messaging tools to our business clients (“tenants”), who use them to serve their own customers. By using a website, member portal, or messaging channel powered by Keystone Nexus, you agree to these terms.
The service
- Each website or WhatsApp channel on the platform is operated by the tenant business named on it. When you buy a product, membership, or service, your contract is with that business — we provide the underlying platform.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (such as your name and phone number) and for keeping access to your registered WhatsApp number secure, as it is used to identify you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the platform for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, tenant data, or platform infrastructure;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.
Messaging
Businesses on the platform communicate with their customers through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Transactional messages (such as one-time passcodes and order or membership updates) are part of the service; marketing messages are sent only with your consent. Reply “STOP” to any WhatsApp message to stop receiving marketing, and “START” to opt back in.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe; a business may also record payments made in person (such as cash or PayNow). Prices, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the policies of the business you are buying from.
Intellectual property
The platform, including its software and design, belongs to Mars Nexus Tech. Content published by a tenant (such as product descriptions and images) belongs to that tenant. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute either without permission.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. To have your data deleted, follow the Data Deletion Instructions.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, or for the acts, omissions, products, or services of tenant businesses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always at this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
