Privacy Policy
Keystone Nexus is a multi-tenant business platform operated by Mars Nexus Tech ("we", "us"). We provide websites, membership, e-commerce and messaging tools to our business clients ("tenants"), who use them to serve their own customers. This policy explains what personal information we process and how.
Information we collect
- Account & contact details — names, email addresses and phone numbers of tenant staff and of their members and customers.
- Messaging data — WhatsApp messages exchanged with a tenant's business number, including message content, timestamps and the sender's WhatsApp phone number.
- Membership & order data — memberships, purchases and related records created when a customer transacts with a tenant.
- Technical data — log and device information generated when the service is used.
How we use information
- To operate each tenant's website, membership, shop and customer messaging.
- To send transactional WhatsApp messages — one-time passcodes, order and membership updates, reminders, and replies to customer enquiries.
- To provide customer support and keep the service secure and reliable.
WhatsApp messaging
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta to send and receive messages on behalf of our tenants. When a customer messages a tenant's business number, the message is delivered to us to process, store against that tenant's account and generate the appropriate reply. Message content is used only to provide the messaging service and support — it is not used for advertising and is never sold.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run the platform — Meta (WhatsApp messaging), Stripe (payments) and Amazon Web Services (hosting) — each acting on our instructions.
- The tenant whose service a customer interacts with, so they can serve that customer.
- Authorities, where required by law.
Each tenant's data is isolated from other tenants.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and security obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation, and encryption at rest for sensitive credentials.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. For WhatsApp, reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Requests about data held on behalf of a specific business should be directed to that business, and we will assist them as needed.
