This page explains how to have your personal data deleted. It applies to data collected through our client businesses’ websites, member portals, and WhatsApp channels — including when you first contacted a business through WhatsApp or other Facebook/Meta services.
What we hold
- Your contact details (name, phone number) and member account profile
- Your WhatsApp conversation history with the business
- Order, membership, and gift-redemption records
- Your marketing consent choices
How to request deletion
Email privacy@marsnexus.techwith the subject “Data deletion request”, stating:
- the business your request concerns, and
- the phone number you registered with.
No account login is required. To protect your data we verify every request against the registered phone number before deleting anything.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request within 7 days.
- Within 30 days we delete your member profile, WhatsApp conversation history, and marketing consents, and confirm completion to you.
- Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax invoices and payment records under Singapore law) are retained only for the statutory period and then destroyed.
Only want to stop marketing messages?
You do not need to delete your data for that — reply “STOP” to any WhatsApp message from the business and marketing stops immediately. Reply “START” to opt back in.
